Since I graduated with a 2:1 B/A Honours degree in Public Relations I have gained invaluable and varied experience ranging from press relations for local government, publicity within a international publishing house and brand management for Lever Faberge’s world-famous Lynx brand.
I took the decision to transfer these skills to work within the leisure industry in 2005. I have added experience in sales and marketing with a focus on corporate health. This has involved managing accounts for large multi-national companies such as Rolls Royce, The Body Shop, L’Oreal and the NHS. I have also had the opportunity to manage teams of people, work to tight deadlines, reach and exceed targets and control budgets.
I have continued to serve a client base on a part-time freelance basis for nearly 4 years and am now branching out to focus solely on my own portfolio of clients under the name of Pixie PR. With a strong network of media contacts, a fresh and appealing approach to achieving real results and sheer determination to succeed; there is no task too big for Pixie PR to tackle!
